    Costa Rica, BAS Shared Services Center is the U.S. subsidiary of Bridgestone Corporation, the world’s largest tire and Rubber Company.     Design, implement and maintain the architecture and services of networks and communications for BSA IT, according to the established policies and procedures, to ensure the functioning of the platform and technological services that support the operation of the business.



    • Define the architecture of networks and their components, by analyzing the business requirements and the systems used, in order to provide an optimal technological platform on which all the services that support the operation will operate.
    • Create the framework of operation, standards, policies and procedures for BSA IT, following the best practices and standards of the industry, for the correct operation and management of the technological services of networks and telecommunications implemented.
    • Implement data, voice and video network solutions, through the established project methodology, to facilitate the automation of business processes and improve the integration of technological solutions.
    • Develop and update the technological roadmap in the field of networks and telecommunications, through the updating and analysis of new technologies, in order to keep the technological platform of the companyup to date and operational.
    • Solve faults and incidents in the network and telecomm services, following the incident and change management processes of the company, to give continuity to the business operations.



    • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
    • Certifications in Networking Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CCAr, CCNA Security, CCNA Wireless).
    • 3 to 5+ years Specialist work experience.
    • Bilingue spanish-English (Advance-B2+)



    • Cisco ISE, Cisco Prime, Core Switches Administration , Routing, Call Manager Cisco
    • Security Certifications (CISA, CompTIA)
    • Networks Ethernet, wireless, microwave, radio frecuency.
    • Administration and configurations of Cisco Equipment )switches, routers, Aps)
    • Unified comunications experience (call manager, webex, telepresence)
    • Protocols of data, audio and video
