Responsabilidades

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

 

 

Summary:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will design and execute strategies to identify and attract top talent to the organization, to include active and passive candidate sourcing and partnership development with key external staffing partners. This position will consult and advise with the business and HRBPs on key talent decisions and strategies. Other key accountabilities for the Talent Acquisition Partner role include:

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Pre-screen, qualify, and source external candidates
  • Manage pro-active lists of qualified candidates for future openings
  • Develop an effective network of key talent from competitors and industry leaders
  • Manage, lead and participate in targeted recruiting initiatives
  • Assess strategic talent needs across the business and identify solutions to close talent gaps by leveraging talent metrics and analytics.
  • Orchestrate the interview strategy and approach the candidate assessment process in a defined and structured manner
  • Interview candidates for core competencies, leadership competencies, cultural fit and future potential
  • Integrate multiple points of data on candidates (interviews, references, assessments, etc.) to formulate an overall picture and provide a consultative point of view to internal clients
  • Demonstrated experience and capability to recruit and proactively source for professional level through lower-level executive and technical roles required.
  • Lead critical talent acquisition projects in support of the broader Bridgestone Business Services strategy
  • Good understanding of sourcing and selection techniques, inclusive of social media technology
  • Ability to work collaboratively and openly with cross-functional business partners in a non-hierarchical environment
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Action oriented and results driven with ability to get projects done with limited resources
  • Maintain operational excellence throughout the end-to-end TA process.

Requisitos

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Administration, or related to HR.
  • Advanced English Skills B2+ 
  • 5+ years Talent Acquisition experience; preferably recruitment experience within a large matrixed organization spanning across multiple business units and geographies focus in US and LA recruitment.
  • 3+ years of corporate and /or search firm experience with an emphasis in shared services and technical recruiting.
  • ICIMS or experienced in a other ATS (Application Tracking Systems)
  • Proven ability and aptitude to understand and explain complex technical requisition requirements from internal customers.
  • Proven ability and aptitude to understand and explain complex technical requisition requirements from internal customers to external candidates.
  • Ability to generate passive technical talent through various sourcing strategies and techniques.
  • Intermediate Excel, Power Point and Excel (required)
  • At least 1 year in current position
