Responsabilidades

Purpose of role

Reporting directly to the BSLAN Corporate Communications Manager, and dotted line to the PR and CSR Coordinator, the Corporate Communications Specialist is accountable for contributing to a significant corporate relations function serving more than 2,500 teammates across all BS-LAN. This role collaborates with other areas across the region to develop and deliver robust communication materials and supporting visuals related to the company’s strategies, strategic priorities and other topics related. This position is also responsible for developing and delivering content and activities for all enterprise-wide communication vehicles.

Individual Accountabilities

  • Work together with the LAN Comms Coordinators to support communications strategies and implementation.
  • Support the implementation of the internal and external communication strategy within the BSLAN region.
  • Support the implementation of engagement and DE&I strategies to promote the company's vision and collaboration.
  • Support & Implement Corporate Volunteering initiatives.
  • Support the coordination of official corporate events (Awards, seniority sessions, Town Halls, 1: 1 with directors and leaders, etc.) and the development of communication-related materials.
  • Implement local engagement initiatives.
  • Translate, adapt and tropicalize regional campaigns aligned with BSAM and/or BSLAS
  • Contribute to the further improvement of our internal communications tools, channels and increased use of visual assets to communicate our overall business strategy, products and technologies more effectively to our teammates.
  • Optimize defined communication channels (digital and analog).
  • Ensure BSLAN APP content is always up to date by coordinating with the different functional areas, to collect the necessary information to keep BSLAN APP updated | Develop, adapt and coordinate content materials for the BSLAN APP according to technical specifications, functionality, interaction, audience and temporality.
  • Increase the awareness of our hourly teammates in the ongoing campaigns and daily content in My BSApp
  • Write and edit specific internal and external content for all different audiences, countries, channels, and purposes. (SPA & ENG)
  • Develop and create 360 campaigns for both business and manufacturing sites in the region, aligned with local objectives, priorities and needs.
  • Strong ability to identify opportunities for synergy across projects, different areas and business units.
  • Propose culture and endomarketing materials (messages, mailings, infographics, images, galleries, videos, etc).
  • Support the CSR coordinator to propose, define, coordinate and implement the most appropriate volunteer initiatives aligned with the CSR corporate strategy.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis as a reference for decision-making in the implementation of Social Campaigns and Volunteer Initiatives.
  • Innovate and optimize the volunteer program permanently based on results and engagement with teammates.
  • Coordinate with different functional areas to implement strategic communications and activities in compliance with corporate policies and processes.
  • Follow up to results and goals achievement through the development and consolidation as needed.
  • Support the PR Coordinator to propose, define, coordinate and implement the most appropriate PR strategy and media relations initiatives both local and/or regionally.
  • Establish strategic relationships and alliances with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate, improve or achieve the successful implementation of communication strategies.

Requisitos

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Internal Communications/Corporate Communications/Journalism/Marketing)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills a must.
  • Multilingual capabilities needed.
  • Design programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe, etc).
  • Digital platforms and tools experience (desirable)
