Responsabilidades

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst role supports Bridgestone’s IAM services by identifying, authenticating, and authorizing users throughout the full user lifecycle, while prohibiting unauthorized access. Reporting to the Director of IAM, the IAM Analyst works within a distributed team and supports users across Bridgestone Americas, working under the direction of the Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Product Owner in the maintenance and delivery of identity management services to Bridgestone. The IAM Analyst has responsibility to support and to continuously improve the access management services; enabling the business to achieve their goals. This role will also be responsible for advanced reporting and data analytics to show status and to help maintain and improve our IAM portfolio.

 

•Administer user and system accounts and access privileges in the organization’s SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) identity management system throughout the full user lifecycle
•Collaborate with the Cybersecurity IAM team and Tier 1 service desks to ensure that the right users have access to the right resources
•Responsible for day-to-day operational support of the SailPoint IDN platform and services; troubleshooting and resolving issues as a member of the Agile team
•Participate in IGA projects and initiatives as member of the Agile team
•Work with internal customers and application teams to understand and implement access requirements
•Maintain documentation for the IGA program
•Participate in IGA audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks
•Provide reports on the status of IGA within the organization

Requisitos

•University degree in relevant discipline (Computer Science, Management Information Systems, other) or applicable work/military experience
•2+ years of experience providing Identity and Access Management operational support
•2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Active Directory
•2+ years of experience working with SailPoint IGA platform
•Relevant industry certifications preferred (CIAM, Security+, other)
•Familiarity with compliance standards and control frameworks (JSOX, NIST, ITIL, GDPR, MITRE ATT&CK)

 

Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with IAM principles and concepts (Role Based Access Control RBAC, Multi-Factor Authentication MFA, Joiner/Mover/Leaver, and Single Sign On SSO)
•Experience operating within Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
•Experience with ITSM ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred)
•Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
•Solid business acumen; understands how IAM supports business objectives
•Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working through change
•Works well on a team; supplemented by the ability to work with minimal supervision
