Responsabilidades

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Analytics talent with strong leadership skills to join our team to co-create and lead our Costa Rica Shared Services Center’s Marketing operations team, while also building out our marketing data and analytics capabilities.
Bridgestone has defined a clear Customer 360 strategy, which is a critical driver of Bridgestone’s journey to transform the transportation and mobility ecosystems over the next 5 years. As we are investing in new marketing capabilities, including people, process, data and upgraded marketing technologies, this leader will have the opportunity to influence the data strategy and create the analytics processes and teams needed to power our marketing efforts across the enterprise.  

 

Data and Analytics

  • Execute the Marketing Data and Analytics strategy for the function as well as provide thought leadership on the development of the Bridgestone MarTech roadmap.
  • Develop analytics dashboards and reports to support and measure all aspects of the demand and relationship marketing engine: including database cleanliness, campaign effectiveness, and overall business performance. 
  • Develop and own the Marketing data and analytics processes, including mapping current state, and implementing future state processes.
  • Partner closely with business unit marketers, IT, sales and sales operations teams to provide analytics and insights to improve our marketing effectiveness.
  • Partener with digital services team to provide customer data enrichment and activan adoption/utilization reporting and forecasting. 
  • Supports, and works across, a broad set of enterprise stakeholders in a variety of businesses including software, services and hard goods through direct, indirect and retail channels.

Marketing Center of Excellence Leadership

  • Support the implementation of an impactful marketing vision for the Costa Rica Shared Services Center, aligning with Bridgestone's corporate marketing strategy and objectives. 
  • Lead, motivate and influence a diverse team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work enviroment. 
  • Assist in attracting and retraining top talent, incluiding team development. Establish and mantain talent development plans, nurturing team growth and fostering a future-ready workforce, in collaboration with COE colleagues. 
  • Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators.
  • Implement and enforce established marketing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for marketing activities in Costa Rica. 
  • Embrace, coach, and evangelize agile values and principles; Lead teams with a DMAIC mindset to achieve continuous improvement and operational excellence. 

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

  • Build and mantain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, incluiding senior management, internal business parteners, and external agencies. 
  • Exhibit strong competencies in collaboration, partnering, teamwork, leading change, & driving results. 
  • Work across a broad set of enterprise stakeholders in a variety of businesses including software, services and hard goods through direct, indirect and retail channels. 
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external audiences, tailoring messages to specifc needs and esuring clarity and transparency.
  • Present marketing plans, proposals, and reports to senior management, keeping them informed of progress and achievements.
  • Proactively address stakeholder concerns and ensure open communication throughout the marketing process.
  • Exhibit strong leadership, technology acumen, and an ability to influence at all levels to achieve targeted outcomes. 

 

Requisitos

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
· 10+ years of experience in relevant marketing analytics roles
· 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, demonstrating a proven track record of success in building and leading teams.
· Experience working in a shared services center environment.
· Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is required.
· Deep knowledge of marketing metrics and KPIs. Experience in analyzing marketing campaign performance and ROI, and influencing marketing teams to implement changes to improve results.
· Ability to translate marketing data and insights into actionable marketing action ; and experience helping other marketers do the same.
· Experience working with media mix modeling, marketing measurement and attribution, targeting and creative optimization, online purchase funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort analyses, time series analyses, regression models, etc
· Experience standing up and driving adoption of new tools and processes · Ability to influence actions and coordinate activity in large, matrixed global environments across multiple stakeholder groups without direct authority
· Strong change management expertise to bring people along, engaging key stakeholders in change efforts
· Experience with best in class Marketing tools especially in Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms, Journey Optimization, etc,. Hands on experience with Adobe products is a plus.

· At least 1 year in current position. (internal candidates)

 

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:
· An advanced degree, in an analytical field, such as Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar domain
· Business to business and business to consumer marketing experience
