Responsabilidades / Responsibilities

The Demand and Relationship Marketing organization is looking for a Demand Marketing Analyst who has a business/impact mindset with strong analyticals skills to turn data into insights.  The ideal candidate will partner cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders and external agencies and will need to be comfortable in highly collaborative environments.     

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1 )         Develop and distribute performance reports to key stakeholders regarding MTD/YTD program performance and progress towards established goals.                                                                                                                                                                          

2)          Compile and analyze data to monitor program performance                                                                                                                                                                

3)          Participate in program results analyses and provide actionable recommendations to meet or exceed goals                                                                                                                                                                  

4)          Ensure data accuracy and processes are followed as documented by cross-functional teams                                                                                                                                                                  

5)          Run deep dive analysis and answer ad-hoc business questions to drive strategy, create insight or troubleshoot performance issues 

Requisitos / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of experience with Marketing or Data Analytics; experience with analytics and data visualization platforms - Adobe Analytics, Tableau or similar platforms; SQL programming             
  • Level C1 English Proficiency
  • PowerPoint and presentation skills, communication skills - verbal, written and listening
  • Experience with global companies, strong interpersonal skills, a team player, willingness to learn/grow and be part of exciting new team.         
  • At least 1 year in current position. (internal candidates)
