Responsabilidades / Responsibilities

The Business Optimization Partner is going to be focus on developing initiatives to positively impact the cost of the operation through process improvement, production scheduling, standardization, waste reduction (eliminate activities that do not add value to our internal customers), automation, errors elimination and optimization of the operational daily activities, in order to increase our customer´s confidence and satisfaction.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate, understand and interpret data both from an internal and customer perspective.
  • Advanced data analysis for process mapping, assist with the development of budgets and cost analysis to determine project feasibility and business cases.
  • Developing and measuring standard metrics, preparing reports, statistics and analysis.
  • Recommend and implement solutions to achieve BBS objectives.
  • Recommend ways to improve efficiency, reduce cost or increase customer satisfaction.
  • Act as Project manager for key projects across BBS.
  • Facilitate the implementation of continuous-improvement projects.
  • Responsible for managing and leading continuous improvement projects, as well as mentoring and coaching team members.
  • Identify root cause, recommend solutions and communicate results.

Requisitos / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Finance and Accounting, Administration, Statistics or related
  • English (Advance B2+)
  • Green Belt Lean Six Sigma (Certification or In Progress)
  • Mastery of Microsoft Tool: Power Apps, Power Automate, Form, SharePoint, Power BI, Excel, Power Point (Advance)
  • Project Management experience 2 years
  • Statistical package knowledge -Minitab - MoreSteam (Desirable)
  • Portuguese intermediate (Desirable)
