Responsabilidades / Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for technical leadership, design, maintenance and implementation of Adobe Analytics solutions across our website experiences. This person must thoroughly understand the business requirements to which their design outcomes must meet and must be fully aware of the attributes, characteristics, function, dependencies, and business results expected end to end of their implementation. The candidate will also work closely with external agencies to transition and own key processes in-house.

To succeed in this position, the candidate must use its communication skills and the expertise in JavaScript and Adobe Launch to play a pivotal role in leading, developing, implementing, optimizing, and owning a robust web analytics implementation solution. 

 

• Design, implement and manage tagging structures using Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, and other platforms.
• Develop and implement a robust data layer across websites, ensuring accurate integration with Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics.
• Utilize JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integration skills to support Adobe Launch and the Data Layer development.
• Determine the feasibility for tagging new measurement patterns and features.
• Ensuring a consistent tagging approach across all sites that enables desired reporting.
• Investigate complex business and system issues, researching and identifying innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to validate data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and optimize reporting capabilities.
• Supports creation and maintenance of user manuals, system configuration documents, and other technical reports.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of Solution Design References (SDRs), data layer structures, tagging strategies, Adobe Launch configurations, and other relevant documentation.
• Assess and audit the current state of analytics implementations to identify gaps, find technical issues with the code or configuration, and recommend the best technical solution.
• Work closely with external agencies during the knowledge transfer process, progressively bringing analytics implementations in-house.
• Engage in formal learning plans and self-driven study to quickly gain expertise in Adobe Analytics and Launch, supported by external partners.
• Responsible for staying up to date on new Adobe Launch features and functionalities.

Requisitos / Qualifications

 

• BA/BS in Business, IT, or Computer Science

• 4+ years of IT, digital marketing, and business/industry work experience.

• Level C2/C1 English proficiency with strong communication skills.

• Experience with Analytics implementation, measurement, and debugging.
• Experience interacting effectively, confidentially, and appropriately with stakeholders
• Strong proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Knowledge in Web Analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, GA4 or other tools.

• Intermediate or Advance: Experience in Adobe Analytics products, including Launch and Analytics features/tools.
• Intermediate or Advance: Adobe Analytics product Administration experience from top to bottom: variables, processing rules, classifications, marketing channels, data feeds, etc.
• Intermediate or Advance: knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and API Integrations.
 
DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience working with 3rd party software providers.
• Knowledge of the rubber or automotive industry.
• Familiarity/experience with other MarTech tools like Hotjar, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Sprinklr, or Meta Analytics. 

• Adobe Analytics Developer Expert certification
