Responsabilidades / Responsibilities

 As a Master Data Junior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and security of an organization's master data. You will assist in maintaining and improving data systems, contribute to data governance initiatives, and support data-driven decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources, identifying patterns, and creating visualizations to communicate insights effectively. You will also be involved in data entry processes, maintaining databases, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

 

Main Responsabilities

-Perform maintenance of vendor master data records in accordance with predetermined SLAs.
-Identify and maintain data records in accordance with document retention policies.
-Validate and update current data to ensure integrity in master data and reporting.
-Work with business and cross functional teams in obtaining requirements for vendor set up and modifications.
-Assist in driving standardization and optimization of vendor master maintenance.
-Use excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships, share recommendations, and escalate as needed.
-Assist in critical Brasil and Latin America audit processes, gathering samples and actively participating in decision making sessions with the BU.

Requisitos / Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration).

1-2 years of Data Entry experience

English B2+/C1

Basic portuguese 

SAP - Intermediate

At least 1 year in current position. (internal candidates)

Note: All internal candidates must inform and get aproval from their direct leaders about the interest of been part of the process.

 

Desirable 

SAP/Lawson/S4 Hana- MDG/ PeopleSoft

Lean Six Sigma
