Facilitate operational efficiency of BATO's billing disputes, in accordance with the policies and procedures established by BBS to guarantee customer are invoiced accordinglly their Contracts with Bridgestone and Quality standards.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Billing Disputes management
• SAP Usage
• Inbox management
• Customer Portal Administrator
• Contact with customers trough emails & phone
• Individual KPI reporting to supervisors & support leadership with tasks and projects that require coordination, organization and critical/lateral thinking as they arise in daily operations.

• Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, Ingeniering Bachelor / Techinal degree (Desired)
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in shared Service centers organizations (must)
• English bilingual proficiency B2+ (must)
• Advanced Excel (must)
  SAP knowledge. (must)
• Analytical skills
• Professional experience with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and customer service
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with team & individual goals
• Ability to work effectively under deadline pressures, and adjust quickly and effectively to changing priorities
• 1 year in current role for internal candidates.
