The Birdgestone Business Services Procurement & LSCM Supervisor role is located in Heredia, Costa Rica. This advanced role is expected to lead the BBS Procurement Team for North America and Latin America, managing Supply Management Transactional Operational and ensuring the proper troubleshooting at good receipt and invoice receipt level. Working in collaboration with Functional representatives, Corporate/Plant Procurement & LSCM, and Suppliers to support the continuous operation of the business in compliance to company policies and procedures, to get operational key performance indicators, customer satisfaction and promote the continuos improvement methodology and company culture. The Procurement & LSCM Supervisor role is expected to manage teammantes' administrative processes, talent review process, teammates's development, performance's objetives, and promote the Bridgestone culture.

Problem solving; able to identify key issues and effectively coordinate efforts to achieve resolution People Management (Talent Review and People Development) Workforce Management Experience (Metrics, KPI's and Operational Targets) |
