Responsabilidades / Responsibilities

The Adobe Product Owner manages Bridgestone’s Global Adobe platforms and integrations. Leads the vision, strategy, and delivery of our product roadmap based on stakeholder needs. Works closely with global business units, Adobe partners, and internal teams for user management and support. We seek someone with strong project management skills, detail-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally.

 

Product Roadmap:

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Understand product-related needs and requirements.
  • Troubleshoot issues and manage support requests.
  • Manage the backlog of enhancements and feature requests.
  • Prioritize and deliver releases.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support guidance for Adobe products.
  • Stay updated on Adobe roadmap and service outages.
  • Prepare reports on adoption accomplishments and improvement opportunities.

Admin Console Management:

  • Manage the Admin Console for user permissions, product profiles, and support tickets.
  • Establish governance around user roles, permissions, and taxonomy.
  • Assist stakeholders with onboarding new teammates or Adobe products.

Technical Architecture:

  • Oversee and collaborate with IT on the technical architecture of the Adobe ecosystem.

KPI and Metrics Tracking:

  • Coordinate with Digital Enablement and Customer Data teams to track KPIs and metrics.
  • Provide updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Decision Making:

  • Make decisions with a customer-centric mindset and strategic objectives.
  • Lead diverse projects or processes independently with limited supervision.

Requisitos / Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.

Certifications:

  • PSPO I or PSPO II (preferred, not required).

Experience:

  • Experience with Adobe AEM, AEP, Admin Console.

Skills:

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Level C1: Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and listening.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player, and ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
