Responsabilidades / Responsibilities

Purpose of the Position: As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will play a key role in our Digital Marketing and Relationship Marketing teams. You will use Power BI to create interactive dashboards that facilitate data-driven decisions, optimizing our acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.

 

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to measure campaigns, segment audiences, and track performance.
  • Connect, clean, and model data from various sources such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce, and internal platforms.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing and CRM teams to translate business questions into actionable data solutions.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, CAC, CTR, LTV, and churn.
  • Automate recurring reports and ensure data accuracy and availability for stakeholders.
  • Support A/B testing analysis, journey analytics, funnel conversion tracking, and cohort-based reporting.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations for campaign and lifecycle optimization.

Requisitos / Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) – Highly preferred. Certifications in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Meta Blueprint – a strong plus.
  • Languages: English C1 - Native. Portuguese – desirable.
  • Desired Experience: Experience with Adobe Analytics, Python for data manipulation, statistical modeling or automation, and Salesforce for retention and engagement strategies.
  • Essential Experience: Minimum 2 years using Power BI for marketing or business intelligence reporting. Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and SQL skills.

 Specific Technical Knowledge:

  • Advanced skills in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling best practices.
  • Experience with ETL processes, UTM tracking, campaign performance analytics, and building star schemas.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics for behavioral tracking and funnel optimization.
  • Use of Python to automate reporting workflows or perform deeper analysis.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
