Join Our Team as an HRIS Administration & Reporting Analyst!

 

Are you passionate about HR data and analytics? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a knack for problem-solving? Bridgestone is looking for a talented HRIS Administration & Reporting Analyst to join our team!

 

The Analyst, HR Data & Reporting role is part of the BBS HR Service Delivery, Tier 2 team and reports tothe HR Process Manager . In this role you will be an active participant in the design and execution of reporting operations, maintenance, and improvement of HR data for Data & Analytics. This role will require effective/active listening, collaborative teamwork, and assurance to meet operational deadlines. This position will work closely with other members of the MyBridgestone Support Tier 2 Team, the IT Data & Analytics Team, Executives, Human Resource Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence and Business Unit Operational Leaders.

 

  • Generate scheduled and ad-hoc HR data reports, including dashboards and scorecards.
  • Administer reporting operations and maintain documentation of processes and procedures.
  • Gather and merge data from various systems to create comprehensive reports.
  • Plan, design, develop, test, and complete reporting projects.
  • Investigate customer issues and provide solutions while maintaining standard SLAs.
  • Manage minor enhancements, user communications, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Coordinate intake meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs.
  • Ensure accuracy of data across HR reporting and dashboards.
  • Develop and conduct training on systems usage for employees and managers.
  • Research and analyze HR data to drive data quality and insights.
  • Communicate data clearly to all levels of the organization.
  • Assist with various projects and special initiatives.

Requisitos / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced English skills (B2 or B2+).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience with HR Information Systems, Reporting Tools, and Business Intelligence visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations and adapt to changing priorities.
