Responsabilidades / Responsibilities

 

Are you passionate about developing editorial content strategies and executing comprehensive communications plans? We are seeking a talented Communications Strategist to join our West Strategic Communications team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on strategic thinking, creativity, and high-impact writing for a global organization.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrated Content Strategy: Develop and execute integrated content strategies to support business goals and stakeholder needs.
  • Written Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including emails, intranet posts, press releases, newsletters, presentations, talking points, leader briefs, and video scripts.
  • Editorial Oversight: Ensure all communications are consistent, clear, and aligned with our brand voice and values, resonating with diverse regional audiences.
  • Editorial Calendar Management: Manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely content delivery and alignment with organizational goals and trends.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across the business to gather information and create content that aligns with company initiatives and priorities.
  • Content Updates: Maintain and update internal communication platforms with engaging content.
  • Measurement: Oversee measurement for core annual KPIs for the West Strategic Communications team.

Requisitos / Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years in internal communications, public relations, writing, journalism, or corporate communications. Global and/or corporate communications experience preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex information.
    • Experience with the Smart Brevity method.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders.
    • Cultural sensitivity and experience working in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using content management systems (e.g., Emma, SharePoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
  • Language: Fluency in English (C1 level).
