Responsabilidades / Responsibilities

As a Junior Collector, you will be responsible for managing cash receipt processes and ensuring adherence to company policies. Your work will directly impact our cash flow and customer relationships.

 

  • Research and reconcile unallocated and unapplied cash
  • Minimize bad debt risk and maximize accounts receivable collections
  • Analyze and interpret customer financial statements
  • Manage a broad portfolio of clients and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies

Requisitos / Qualifications

 Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in Collections
  • Languages:
    • English: B2 or higher
    • Portuguese: Basic (optional)

💡 Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Advanced Excel skill
