Responsabilidades / Responsibilities

The Creative Project Manager reports to the Content Strategist and is responsible for managing all projects fulfilled by Bridgestone’s internal creative services team. They serve as the liaison between the creatives and stakeholders, working closely with the internal creative team to align on deliverables, adhere to timelines, manage feedback rounds and share out final assets.
As this is a highly visible role within the organization with regular exposure to key stakeholders, candidates must be comfortable navigating complex projects, making independent decisions, and communicating clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serves as the face and voice of the Content and Creative team with stakeholders.
  • Translate project scope from creative briefs to ensure clarity amongst all parties on goals, deliverables and timelines with direction from the Content Strategist.
  • Adheres to processes for content creation, resource tracking and measuring throughput serving as day-to-day operator of projecttracking tools, such as Airtable.
  • Consults the Content Strategist to ensure projects are prioritized based on business objectives, budget and capacity.
  • Prioritizes projects and timelines to ensure high-quality deliverables are completed on schedule, while maintaining adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactively provides project updates, maintains clear and organized documentation of project status, deliverables, and feedback loops to support alignment and efficiency for the creative team.
  • Manage review and approval process with stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction with the deliverables, maintain consistent quality across all projects, and foster strong relationships to enhance collaboration and trust.
  • Passes off final assets to DAM Uploader, has full oversight of content library to support asset requests.

Requisitos / Qualifications

 

  • Bachelors Degree or Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) and 2-3 years of experience in project management focused on creative / content production. 
  • Excellent project management skills and working knowledge of Agile methodologies with the ability to apply them to creative workflows.
  • Experience operating project management tools, such as Airtable, Workfront, etc.
  • Has a knowledge of content creation. Hands on experience creating digital content for large global brands and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and digital proofing platforms like Frame.io is not required, but is preferred.
  • Level C1 English proficiency – strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills. Must be comfortable with written communication, including composing clear and professional emails, briefs, and other project-related documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; a collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments, regions, and seniority levels.
