Responsabilidades / Responsibilities

Are you detail-oriented, data-driven, and ready to grow your career in a global organization? Join our Data Governance Organization (DGO) as a Customer Junior Analyst and play a key role in maintaining the integrity of customer data across our systems.

 

  • Create, update, and manage customer records in line with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Tax, Credit, and other global teams to streamline customer master processes.
  • Identify and resolve data issues, applying business rules and best practices.
  • Support data standardization and champion data governance initiatives.

Requisitos / Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in master data or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled in university).
  • Advanced English (C1 or strong B2+) and Portuguese (C1 or strong B2+).
  • SAP knowledge and strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in a team environment.
