Responsabilidades / Responsibilities

The SAP Compliance Coordinator position not only safeguards the organization’s SAP systems but also enhances overall organizational resilience and capability to thrive in a dynamic business environment. This role is pivotal in balancing the need for robust security with the flexibility and efficiency required to support business growth and innovation.

 

Review and Analyze Internal Controls and GRC Ruleset:

  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough reviews of existing internal controls and the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) ruleset. Identify areas of improvement and provide expert recommendations tailored to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of these controls.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure that controls are robust and in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements per JSOX.
  • Support Business Controls Framework:
  • Framework Guidance: Understand the organization's business controls framework and provide support to ensure its successful implementation and maintenance.
  • Control Enhancements: Work with business units to design and refine controls, ensuring they meet both operational needs and compliance mandates.
  • Collaborate with Technical Resources on SAP GRC Implementation:
  • Implementation Strategy: Collaborate with technical teams to support new and existing implementations of the SAP GRC strategy, ensuring a comprehensive approach to governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • SoD Risk Remediation: Assist business units in addressing segregation of duties (SoD) risks through various means such as updating security roles, amending rule sets, identifying mitigating controls, or reengineering business processes.
  • System Implementation Project Reviews:
    Compliance Checks: Perform pre- and post-implementation reviews for system projects to ensure continued compliance with internal controls and risk management guidelines.
    Project Insight: Provide insights and suggestions to project teams on maintaining compliance and strengthening controls during systems implementations.
  • Facilitate Departmental Initiatives:
    Role Design and Implementation: Lead or participate in initiatives such as role redesign and implementations to improve system security and efficiency.
    Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate across departments to ensure initiatives are well-integrated and align with organizational goals.
  • Integrate New Businesses into the Controls Framework:
    Onboarding Controls: Support the integration of new businesses into the existing controls framework, assisting in the identification of control owners and the design of new controls.
    Control Operation Assurance: Ensure new controls are in place and functioning effectively within predefined timeframes set by management.
  • Regulatory Updates and Policy Changes:
    Staying Current: Keep abreast of changes in JSOX regulations and related policies to ensure the organization remains compliant.
    Regulatory Knowledge Application: Apply up-to-date regulatory knowledge in advising the business and implementing controls.
  • Management Reporting and Presentation:
    KPI and KRI Reporting: Prepare and present key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) to management, providing clear insight into compliance performance and risk management status.
    Effective Communication: Draft accurate and impactful presentations that support strategic decision-making at management level.
  • Quality Deliverables:
    Timeliness and Accuracy: Produce quality compliance deliverables on time, with minimal rework required, ensuring high standards of work and reliability.
    Continuous Improvement: Strive for continuous improvement in processes and deliverables, seeking feedback and implementing enhancements where necessary.

Requisitos / Qualifications

 

  • Bachelors degree
  • Good to have SAP security adminstration and/ or SAP GRC 6-8 yrs
  • SAP security, SAP GRC, SAP S/4 HANA
  • C1 - Native
