Responsabilidades / Responsibilities

As the Time and Attendance Senior Analyst, you will be the technical point-of-contact and subject matter expert for Bridgestone’s Time Keeping system (UKG Dimensions). You’ll be responsible for resolving inquiries, designing solutions, configuring systems, generating reports, and supporting the rollout of the platform across the region. This is a hands-on role that requires strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.

 

  • Provide production support for UKG Dimensions, including user assistance, system configuration, and reporting.
  • Analyze and resolve data-related issues to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Lead the creation of audit reports and analytics for Time & Attendance.
  • Partner with Payroll to streamline auditing and ensure timely payments.
  • Collaborate with software vendors and internal IT teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Support new release planning, testing, and implementation.
  • Manage new requests and deliver solutions using Agile methodology via Azure DevOps.
  • Develop user guides and documentation for system usage and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with governance models and change control principles.

Requisitos / Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS roles, preferably with UKG Dimensions.
  • Experience supporting HR functions, especially payroll and time tracking.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and sound judgment.
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Adaptability to changing environments and ability to manage multiple priorities.
