Responsabilidades / Responsibilities

👤 What You’ll Do:
You’ll be the strategic leader of the CB2 digital portal, ensuring it serves as a reliable, engaging, and collaborative source of truth for all stakeholders. This role blends platform governance, content strategy, UX design, and community building.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and evolve the portal as a central hub for CB2 program information.
  • Design and execute content and communication strategies.
  • Enhance user experience through data-driven insights and feedback.
  • Drive adoption through onboarding sessions, how-to resources, and engagement campaigns.

Requisitos / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Management, HR, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing digital workplace platforms or intranets.
  • Technical knowledge of CMS, basic HTML, and collaboration with IT teams.
  • Advanced English (B2/B2+).

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in UX Design, Change Management, PMP, or similar areas
