Responsabilidades / Responsibilities

Join our team as a Payroll Specialist, where you will be a key leader within the team and the primary owner of the payroll process for your area of responsibility. This role focuses on designing, executing, and ensuring compliance with payroll processes, including but not limited to:

  • Calculating gross and net pay amounts
  • Maintaining and reconciling payroll records
  • Monitoring payroll legislation compliance
  • Responding to employee and supervisor inquiries regarding payroll matters

Requisitos / Qualifications

  • Prepare, process, and maintain assigned payroll group(s)
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll results
  • Prepare and analyze payroll reports for leadership
  • Collaborate with compliance, legal, and external providers to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal requirements
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation
  • Make recommendations based on detailed analysis to drive process enhancements
  • Coach, review, and delegate work to junior professionals
  • Maintain strong communication and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in business, operations, finance, or analytics
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly
  • Experience with SAP, Workday, Dayforce, and ServiceNow
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • English level: B2 or B2+ (Advanced)
