Responsabilidades / Responsibilities

We are looking for a Personalization Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our personalization strategy, driving consumer engagement and business growth. This role will be the go-to expert on consumer data, leveraging insights and analytics to create tailored experiences across digital channels. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and brand teams to ensure our personalization efforts are effective and continuously improving.

  • Develop and maintain a personalization strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on consumer first-party data and define target audiences.
  • Oversee execution and optimization of personalized experiences across digital channels.
  • Leverage customer insights and analytics to optimize targeting, content, and frequency.
  • Partner with Demand & Digital Media Experience, product marketing, content, and brand teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Manage personalization elements of MarTech to optimize new capabilities.

Requisitos / Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 5–7 years of experience in data-driven personalization in a direct-to-consumer environment.
    • Experience with large-scale first-party data preferred.
    • Familiarity with Adobe marketing technology (AEP, RT-CDP, AJO) or similar platforms.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Hands-on expertise with HTML, CSS, and SQL (Python and JavaScript are a plus).
    • Proficiency in Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint (Intermediate), and other analytical tools.
  • Languages: Advanced English required.
