Responsabilidades / Responsibilities

We are looking for a Public Relations Lead to strengthen Bridgestone’s reputation and lead strategic communication initiatives for Core Tire & Retail across the U.S. and LATAM markets.
Previous experience in automotive or mobility sectors (OEMs, consultancies, etc.) and a genuine passion for these industries will be fundamental to succeed and fit in this role. You will play a key role in executing integrated communication plans, generating media coverage, and amplifying our storytelling across multiple channels.

  • Develop and execute communication plans for product launches, events, and campaigns.
  • Manage media relationships and create compelling content (press releases, social media, media kits).
  • Support sustainability storytelling and corporate reputation initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs and measure campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to ensure flawless execution.

Requisitos / Qualifications

  • Experience: 5–7 years in corporate communications, public relations, or journalism (preferably automotive or related industries).
  • Languages: English (C1) and Spanish (strong written & verbal).
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat; media relations and social content creation.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong organizational and project management ability.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Passion for the automotive industry and proactive media engagement.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in automotive or mobility sectors (OEMs, consultancies, etc.).
